As District Superintendent, it is her role to Develop, Model, and Equip Disciple Making. Her focus is to resource the district churches and their leaders and to effectively administer the business of the Lexington District. Rev. Williams began serving the Kentucky Annual Conference in 1985 as a Student Local Pastor at Smithland UMC.  She also served Stevenson Chapel and Rockfield UMC.  Immediately before coming to Lexington, Rev. Williams served Franklin First UMC in the Bowling Green District for 4 years.  She became a Full Member of the Kentucky Annual Conference in 1995.  Rev. Williams is married to Charles; they have two children and two grandchildren.     Rev. Susan Skaggs Children's Circuit Coordinator Phone: 859-299-6260 ext 103 Email: sskaggs@lexumc.com Rev. Susan Skaggs, an ordained Deacon, works with small membership churches in the area of quality children's ministry.  She graciuosly donates her service to the District for a salary of $0!  She works with local church volunteers on planning and implementing strategies that meet individual local church needs. Rev. Skaggs is available to consult with churches who wish to evaluate their ministries with children and to guide them to new areas of effectiveness.  If your church would like her advice and expertise, please call the district office to set up an appointment.  Susan is married to Lynn and they have 3 daughters.     Jessica Wells Administrative Assistant Phone: 859-299-6260 ext 100 Email: jwells@lexumc.com Jessica Wells is the Administrative Assistant to District Superintendent Paige Williams.  She also assists the NCCD staff and manages this website.  In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Jessica is the Registrar and the Recording Secretary of the District Committee on Ordained Ministry.  She is the resource person for canidates for ministry and student local pastors.  Jessica is married to Stephen, and they have a one son.  Jessica  is in the office Monday and Tuesday 8:30-4:30, and Wednesday 8:30-12:00 noon; she answers phone calls and emails all week.
